Building on its long tradition of scientific excellence, Transgene has developed a strong pipeline of innovative products in the areas of cancer and infectious diseases. The broad pipeline includes products at various stages of clinical development, ranging from phase I trials to phase IIb trials. All products have originated from Transgene’s core competence in viral vector development for targeted immunotherapy and most have shown their excellent efficacy and safety profile in clinical trials, such as TG4010 in lung cancer and TG4001 in precancerous cervical lesions. The high quality of Transgene’s development programs has resulted in the signing of a partnership agreement with Roche for TG4001/RG3484 and in the signing of an exclusive option agreement with Novartis for TG4010.
