Transgene’s research, under the direction of Dr Jean Yves Bonnefoy, is composed of some 70 researchers, scientists, and technicians dedicated to the discovery and development of new drugs to fight cancer and chronic infectious diseases.  The competences covered include molecular biology, biochemistry, cellular immunology, histology, biostatistics, bioinformatics and preclinical immunology.

 

Building on more than 25 years of scientific research, Transgene has developed a world class expertise in the field of immunotherapy and its choice of research programs reflect the ongoing commitment to the discovery of new treatments for patients suffering from cancers and infectious diseases.

 

Medical & Regulatory

 

Transgene’s early and late stage clinical development pipeline is supported by some 20 highly experienced medical and regulatory affairs professionals. They have organized some 35 clinical trials across several countries and in more than 80 clinical centers.  Their proven skill base make the medical and regulatory team one of the most experienced in the preparation of clinical trials for biologicals in Europe and the United States.
