These Terms of Use and your use of the Website and its contents are governed by the laws of France without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Website, any content or use thereof, shall be exclusively submitted to and settled by French Courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions.

Transgene reserves the right to update and post revisions to these Terms of Use. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Terms of Use.
