The trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively, “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site, whether or not followed with a™ or ® symbol, are registered and common law Trademarks of Transgene and others. Nothing contained on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the express written consent of the Trademark owner. 7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site and its contents are governed by the laws of France without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Site, any content or use thereof, shall be exclusively submitted to and settled by French Courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions.
